The learned Advocate for the applicant - MSRTC submits that vide judgment and order dated 13.07.2021, the First Appeal has been decided. The amount of compensation granted by the Tribunal has been reduced. He further submits that the applicant had initially deposited the entire decretal amount. The present application has been filed to withdraw the balance amount. The learned Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 6 (original claimants) submits that the claimants have already withdrawn the amount of compensation awarded to them. Thus, the balance amount is permitted to be withdrawn by the MSRTC. The application accordingly stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of. [ANIL L.
