It is an application moved by the applicants / original claimants seeking directions to the appellant / acquiring body to bring on record the legal heirs of original claimant Vitthal Tukaram Suryawanshi who is reported to be dead on 02.05.2021. 2.

Heard Mr. B.K. Pawar, learned counsel for the applicants / claimants, Mr. Chate, learned AGP for respondent no.1 and Mr. Tandale, learned counsel for respondent no.2 / acquiring body. 3.

Having regard to the nature of dispute, this application needs to be allowed. The legal heir of original claimant is already on record as respondent no.2. As such, simple changes are to be made in the array of appeal memo.

O R D E R

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The appellant / acquiring body to make necessary changes in the array of appeal memo by showing original claimant Vitthal Tukaram Suryawanshi (died) through his legal heir as respondent no.2.

(iii) The civil application is accordingly disposed of. (iv) List the appeal (group of 12 appeals) on 30.03.2022 under the category of due admission.
