Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the present civil application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of applicants in review application (St.) No. 31014 of 2019. Alongwith the review application, there was an application for condonation of delay bearing civil application No. 7801 of 2021. However, the said civil application for condonation of delay was decided by this Court vide order dated 8.6.2022 thereby rejecting the same. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants therefore, submits that review application does not survive in view of rejection of civil application filed for condonation of delay and consequently the present civil application become infructuous.
