The petitioner seeks directions against respondent No.4 to implement the order dated 22.01.2021.

According to Mr. Shete, learned counsel for the petitioner, the order is already passed directing respondent No.5 to be absorbed in School at Parbhani, still respondent No.2 is coming to the School where the petitioner is Headmaster and creating nuisance.

Once the order is already passed directing respondent No.5 to join at some other School and still respondent No.5 is creating nuisance, the petitioner has remedy available in respect of the same. 4.

The petitioner may avail such remedy as may be permissible under law. In that even all contentions are kept open. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
