Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the representations have been given by the petitioner to the Commissioner, Dhule Municipal Corporation. The reminder of said representation was also given on 20.12.2016. In spite of repeated representations given to the said authority, no cognizance has been taken by the said authority. The alleged encroachment is from 2003. However, the Municipal Administration is not taking steps to remove the said encroachment.

Be that as it may, we are inclined to direct respondent No.3 to decide the said representations filed

( 2 ) pil17.18 by the petitioner, if already not decided, in accordance with law and if necessary after adhering to the principles of natural justice, as expeditiously as possible, however within six months from today. 4.

With the above observations, the Public Interest Litigation stands disposed of.
