This is an application seeking for withdrawal of compensation amount.

The other side has objected for permitting the entire withdrawal of amount by contending that reference court has granted excessive compensation. 4.

The applicants land adm. 5-Are has been acquired for JNNURM, treatment plant. It reveals that the SLO has awarded compensation @ of Rs.

(2) ca1935.22 3,60,000/- per Hectare. The applicants have produced certain sale instances which are considered by the reference court and on that basis has enhanced the compensation @ of Rs. 60,000/- per Are.

Having regard to the fact that at present the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) and 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security.

The application stands disposed of.
