PER COURT :- At the outset the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, submits that, at present he is only pressing prayer clause `A'.

Though there are more than one prayers in the application, except the prayer for adding the present applicant as party respondent in the Writ Petition, we are not entertaining the other prayers. Accordingly the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause `A' and same stands disposed of.

The learned counsel appearing for the original petitioners submits that, he will take steps to add these applicant as party respondent within one week from today.
