These applications are for bringing legal representatives of appellant Nos. 1, 4 and 6 namely; Pradeep Vithalrao Babras, Jyoti Baburao Nagpure and Shobhatai Vithalrao Babras respectively on record as also for seeking condonation of delay in filing the said applications and for setting aside

This order is corrected pursuant to the Court order dated 17.03.2025 921-ca-965-2025 (1) abatement of appeal qua the appellant Nos. 1, 4 and 6. 2.

The appeal is of the year 1994. It is admitted for final hearing. It is understandable that there may be some communication gap between the Advocate and the appellants with passage of time.

In that view of the matter, the delay is condoned, abatement of appeal against appellant Nos. 1, 4 and 6 is set aside and permission is granted to bring legal representatives of appellants on record subject to cost of 3,000/- to be deposited with the Chairman, Library Committee, Advocate's Association of Bombay High Court Bench at Aurangabad. 4.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
