The petition is filed taking exception to the communication /order dated 20.11.2017 issued/passed by the Tahasildar, Pathardi. Learned AGP appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the said communication/order. The petitioner has remedy to file appeal taking recourse to the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the remedy as available under the MLR Code for redressal of his grievance.
