Considering the grounds of challenge by the insurance company in the appeal, the applicant is permitted to withdraw only 50% of the deposited amount alongwith the interest at this juncture. The remaining amount be invested in FDR in any nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till fnal disposal of this appeal. The application is accordingly disposed of. IN CIVIL APPLICATION FOR 13243 OF 2019 :

The insurance company, who has fled this appeal is seeking condonation of delay of 108 days. There is no strong oppose from

2 927 ca 17180-22 the other side. As such, the delay of 108 days stands condoned and application is disposed of. The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objection, if any.
