The registration came to be refused in view of order dated 18.03.2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The petitioner failed to remove office objection within stipulated period pursuant to the said order. Now the petitioner is ready to remove all office objection within two weeks from today. There is delay of 288 days caused in filing this application.
