Learned counsel for the petitioner in criminal writ petition No. 120 of 2019 submits that in connection with crime No. I-71 of 2014 registered with police station, Newasa, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 120-B of I.P.C. r.w. Section 3/25 of Indian Arms Act, the investigating officer has submitted "A" summary. The petitioner, who is original complainant, has accepted the said "A" summary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has informed to the court that he has no objection if "A" summary is accepted. Learned counsel for the petitioner in this view of the matter, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. 3.

Leave granted. Criminal Writ petition No. 120 of 2019 is hereby
