We have heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.P. for respondent No.1 and learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4. In our view, the applicant has

C.A. No.9512/2017 made out a case for restoration of Writ Petition No.914/2004 and for recall of the order dated 10/3/2015 passed by this Court. 2.

Writ Petition No.914/2004 is accordingly restored to file. Order dated 10/3/2015 is recalled.

Interim order, if any, which was in force on the date of dismissal of the Writ Petition also stands restored. Civil Application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
