Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 16/17th May 2013 submitted by the petitioner society for starting new Secondary School (Marathi Medium) for the academic year 2013-2014 on self financed basis at village Rajpimpri, Tq. Georai, Dist. Beed, keeping in view the Master Plan prepared for granting permission to open Marathi Medium Schools and the relevant policy, as expeditiously as possible, preferably by the end of June, 2015.
