Notices of respondents No.1 to 4 have returned unserved for the reason "Not residing on the given address." The notices were issued on the address given in the claim petition. When the Civil Application is supported by affidavit, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

Learned counsel for the applicant Insurance Company wants to deposit the sum of Rs.6,30,000/- awarded under the award dated 17/3/2019. Office to accept the said amount.
