The learned counsel Mr. Kulkarni waives service for respondent No.1 Insurance company.

This is an application seeking for withdrawal of compensation amount by the legal hears of deceased Ragnath who died in vehicular accident. The tribunal has assessed the compensation and directed the respondent to pay total compensation of Rs. 17,36,661/- along with accrued interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of petition. It is

Having regard to the reasons stated in the application, applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court on usual undertaking. 5.

At present the amount be disbursed in equal proportion to all applicants.
