We have heard the learned senior counsel for the applicant and Mr. Natu, the learned advocate for the non applicant No. 2. 2.

Mr. Natu, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 2 submits that, the allegations made against the non applicant No. 2 are baseless and does not merit grain of truth. 3.

We are not going into merits of the contentions of the application so far as allegations made are concerned. However, we extend the time granted to the applicant for completion of
