The parties are present before this Court today. They have settled the main dispute out of the Court. In view of the same, compromise deed is prepared and filed before this Court. The said compromise terms are taken on record and marked as annexure "X" for the purpose of identification.

In view of the compromise, the parties would appear before the Family Court, Beed where the present proceeding is pending bearing Special Marriage Application (P.A.) No. 106/2023 and would take steps to get the matter disposed of. Today, an amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rs. Twenty Lakh only) is paid to the petitioner by the respondent by way of Demand Draft and there is no dispute. The applicant acknowledges the

2 931-MCA 17-2024.odt receipt of the amount. The remaining amount of Rs. 10,00,000 (Rs. Ten Lakh only) is to be paid before the Family Court at Beed at the time of passing of final order of dissolution of marriage by mutual consent.

In view of the above, misc. civil application stands disposed of in view of the compromise terms. The parties are at liberty to convert the petition pending before the Family Court into a Divorce petition under Section 28 of the Special Marriage Act.
