This is the application for quashing of the FIR bearing Crime No.77/2018 registered with Police Station Killari, Tq. Ausa, Dist. Latur dated 20.06.2018.

Learned APP submits that Investigating Officer has filed ' C'

summary in the aforesaid crime before the concerned Magistrate. He tenders on record a copy of the report submitted by the Investigating Officer.

In view of above development, that the Investigating Officer has filed 'C' summary in the FIR which the applicant has sought to quash, nothing remains and the application stands disposed of accordingly.
