Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and since Respondent / Insurer has accepted the premium for personal accident for owner-cum-driver and primafacie it appears that deceased stepped in the shoes of the owner, the Applicants are permitted to withdraw Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs Only) on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
