Heard learned advocate for the petitioners in all these petitions, the learned AGPs as also the learned respective advocates for the Zilla Parishads, who claim that they have been engaged by the Zilla Parishads. They are permitted to file Vakalatnama.

The petitioners are seeking pay parity with the ambulance drivers on the regular establishment. They have been engaged through contractors. In several matters this court has directed a pay parity to be maintained, albeit the Court has not approved their right to claim regularization. A common order in writ petition no. 16763/ 2024 together with other writ petitions decided on 12th November, 2024 has been placed on record at Exh. B.

For the same reasons all these petitions are allowed. The petitioners are held entitled to minimum of the pay scale granted by this Court to all the contractual ambulance drivers. They shall be paid from the date of the petitions.

Writ petitions are disposed off.
