Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. He would submit that the appeal is preferred on the ground of delay in FIR and the quantum of the compensation. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) Civil Application is partly allowed.

(ii) The applicant is allowed to withdraw Rs.10,00,000/- (Ten Lacs) out of the amount deposited with this Court with accrued interest with an undertaking to deposit the money, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed.

(iii) Stand over to 25.04.2024.
