The petitioner is objecting to order of suspension issued by the Zilla Parishad. In view of observations made by the High Court while dealing with writ petition No. 1142 of 2015, disciplinary proceedings are initiated against the petitioner. The petitioner is alleged to have prepared forged documents and used those for securing undue advantage. In affidavit in-reply presented on behalf of respondent - Zilla Parishad reveals that Departmental Enquiry is initiated against the petitioner apart from initiation of criminal proceeding against him. 2.
