In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 - the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded to take decision on the proposal dated 12th August, 2015, submitted by petitioner No. 2 to respondent No.2, if not already decided, on its own merits, as expeditiously as

wp1977-2016 possible; however, within a period of four weeks from the date of this order and communicate the decision so taken to petitioners Nos. 1 to 3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
