Considering the issue involved in the case and the nature of injury, the following order is passed :

ORDER

(I) The application is partly allowed.

(II) The applicants are allowed to withdraw 80% of the amount with interest deposited with this Court on undertaking that they would deposit the money if the impugned judgment and award is reversed.

(III) Balance amount be deposited in a fixed deposit as per rules. ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.6911 OF 2023 FOR STAY : 1.
