Learned Advocate for the Respondent submits that order dated 11th August, 2014 passed in Special Civil Suit No. 54 of 2010 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ambajogai has been challenged in the present Writ Petition. He further submits that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, the Special Civil Suit No. 54 of 2010 itself has been disposed of by order dated 18th December, 2023 by passing order below Exhibit-1. He has tendered the copy of the order passed below Exhibit-1 in Special Civil Suit No. 54 of 2010, which is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification.

In view of the disposal of the suit itself, nothing survives for
