The applicant is a son of the purchaser of the land in dispute. He was the witness to the allegedly forged sale document. 3.

He has a case that he has no role to play. He simply stood as a witness being the purchaser was his father. 4.

The applicant is behind the bar for sufficient period. Nothing has to be recovered from him. The offence pertains to the documents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant deserve bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Shahbaz Khan Zafer Khan, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime

955-ba-194-2023.odt (2) No.316 of 2022, registered with City Chowk Police Station, District Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Section 476, 468, 471, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 82(c) of Registration Act, on the condition that he shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
