The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of passing of the award by the Arbitrator pursuant to the provisions of the National Highways Act, 1956 [for short 'the Act'], the amount is not being paid to him.

Learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that for the time being, the petitioner is not pressing prayer clause - [B] and he would be satisfied, if a direction is issued in terms of prayer clause - [C] for deciding his representation dated 14.11.2022 by respondent no.4 - Competent Authority.
