Heard rival submissions. The applicants are claiming correction in the middle name of applicant Nos. 1A, 1B, 1D and 1F in the title of First Appeal. They want to replace the said name Abhimanu by Abhiman.

It is to be noted here that in the appeal itself and in the impugned judgment also the name of the father of aforesaid applicants is mentioned as Abhiman and not Abhimanu. Even the learned counsel for the Acquiring Body, who has filed the appeal submits that he would be having no objection, if such correction is made.

In view of the above, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed of.

Correction be carried out forthwith.
