Mr Shah, learned Advocate for applicant submits that the applicant is 'Gut Neta' of B.J.P. The claim of the original writ petitioner is that he gets a right to nominate as nomination was not made by B.J.P. The learned Advocate submits that applicant's right is not lost. 2.
Mr Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the original petitioner submits that the applicant is not necessary for adjudication of the dispute raised in the writ petition.

Considering the dispute involved in the Writ Petition, the applicant though may not be necessary party would be proper party. 4.
In view of that Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

Necessary amendment be carried out. Mr Shah waives notice for added party in Writ Petition.

Place the Writ Petition on 15th March 2018.
