By way of the present application, the legal heirs of respondent Nos. 1C and 1E are sought to be brought on record in the wake of death of respondent Nos. 1C and 1E.

Perusal of the application reveals that the application is made within limitation and since the presence of legal heirs of said respondents is very much necessary for effective adjudication of the petition, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ' A'

.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today. Upon amendment is being carried out within one week, issue notice to respondent Nos. 1C and 1E by making it returnable on 23.3.2022. Hamdast granted.

Interim relief to continue till then.
