The learned counsel for the applicant informs this Court that while the F.I.R. in the present case was registered in the year 2023, for the offence under Sections 306 and 504 of I.P.C. as also under Section 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, the chargesheet has been recently filed before the concerned Court. 2.

We are of the opinion that the applicant should pursue the remedy of applying for discharge before the concerned Court.

In that light, the present application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to apply for discharge before the competent Court.
