Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for appellant on written instructions from appellant/Insurance company seeks permission to withdraw Appeals. The communication received from the appellant/Insurance company tendered by learned counsel to be kept in proceeding of each of Appeal and marked as 'X' for identification.

Allow to withdraw. The Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. The Court fees if refundable then same be paid to appellants to the extent admissible under relevant rules.

In view of disposal of Appeals, the Civil Application, if any, pending in each of Appeal to be treated as disposed of in terms of order in Appeals. 4.
The amount, if any, deposited by the appellant/Insurance company in respective Appeals and kept invested in fixed deposit then same be
