By the present application, the applicants/claimants prayed for permission for withdrawal of amount of compensation of Rs.13,38,395/- deposited by Non-applicant No.3 Acquiring Body before this Court.

Since the appeal i.e. FA No. 3151/2013 against the judgment and award dated 21st October, 2008 passed by the learned District Judge-3, Jalna in LAR No. 186/1998 came to be disposed off finally vide order dated 18th January, 2024, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by respondent No.3/Acquiring Body with accrued interest on it.
