Mr. Ganachari the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that the claim of the petitioner has been considered and it has been forwarded to the Zilla Parishad. The Zilla Parishad in its General Body Meeting dated 11.07.2019 has given sanction to the said amount. The matter is now moved before the Director of Eduction (Primary) to make the necessary provisions for expenses from the grants for the year 2019-20.

The Panchayat Samiti, Aurangabad shall submit the proposal to the Director of Education as stated in the letter dated 1/2
