The petitioner's status as 'EBC' candidate is pending for adjudication in the main petition.

It is stated that, the petitioner has completed 2nd year M.B.B.S course and the examination of 3rd year M.B.B.S course is scheduled and the last date of filling of the examination form is today i.e. 31.01.2022.

The earlier application preferred by the applicant bearing Civil Application No.467 of 2021 for appearing in 2nd year course of M.B.B.S was allowed by this Court by it's order dated 11.01.2021. 3.

In view thereof and in the interest of justice, it appears to us to be expedient that, the applicant's application from 'EBC' 1/2

4-ca-999-2022.odt category be accepted by all the concerned.

It is needless to mention that, the acceptance of said 'EBC' form by the respondents shall be subject to final decision of the present petition.

It is further made clear that, if the petitioner does not succeed in the petition, she will not claim any equity in the matter. 5.
