PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Civil Application with liberty to fle fresh application for seeking amendment in the Writ Petition so as to impugn the order dated 2nd June, 2018, which is the subject matter of prayer clause 'C' of this Civil Application. 2.

Permission is granted. The Civil Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If any civil application is fled by the applicant the same shall be placed on board along with Writ Petition.
