The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent No. 3/National Highways Authority of India even though has acquired additional land of the Petitioner has not paid compensation for the same.

We direct the Respondent No. 4 to give audience to the Petitioner and inform the Petitioner in writing within how much period the amount could be released. If according to the Respondent No. 4, the Petitioner is not entitled to this amount, the Respondent No. 4 would give reasons in writing for the same.
