By the present application, the applicant/ claimant prayed for permission for withdrawal of amount of compensation of Rs.7,09,250/- deposited by Non-applicant No.3 Acquiring Body before this Court.

Since the appeal i.e. FA No. 2000/2014 against the judgment and award dated 21st October, 2008 passed by the learned District Judge-3, Jalna in LAR No. 404/1998 came to be disposed off finally vide order dated 25th January, 2024, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by respondent No.3/Acquiring Body with accrued interest on it.
