Heard learned Counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 23.02.2021 whereby registration of their First Appeal was refused for nonremoval of office objections. There is also a huge delay of 1051 days in filing this application. The learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within four weeks. 3.

In view of the same, the order dated 23.02.2021 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of office objections within four weeks subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest on the compensation, if granted for the aforesaid period of delay.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
