Mr. Mayure, the learned Advocate submits that the petitioners are claiming benefits of Gopinath Munde Farmers Accident Insurance Scheme. Policy was in force on 30th September, 2017 and it was renewed on 18.12.2017. During interregnum viz.01.12.2017 to 07.12.2017, the policy was in force. The person on account of whose death, the relief is claimed by the petitioners died in between 01.12.2017 to 07.12.2020, 2.

The learned counsel submits that subsequently, circular is issued that the Government would pay the insurance amount of the persons who died from 01.12.2017 to 17.12.2020. The learned counsel submits that pursuant thereto, the claims were invited. The petitioners were intimated about the deficiencies. The petitioners cleared the deficiencies by supplying documents, however, the decision has not taken as yet. 3.

In case the proposal as contended by the petitioners is pending with the Government, then the decision on the same shall be taken on its own merits, preferably within three months. 4.
