The learned counsel on instructions pray for liberty to file a fresh petition. At the request of the counsel liberty is granted with a condition that if a fresh petition is filed in this Court for a similar relief and for the similar cause the petitioner to mention in the petition at the threshold that when the earlier petition was filed a reply was filed on behalf of the respondentauthority submitting in the affidavit in reply that though the petitioner submitted his claim in the petition on the ground that he was duly appointed and an approval was granted to the petitioner. In the reply filed by the

( 2 ) 901 wp 1385.17 respondent-Zilla Parishad, it was specifically stated that there is no such record available in the office of the Education Officer that an approval is granted to the petitioner and it was the specific stand of the respondent-Zilla Parishad that reliance is placed on a document which is not a true or genuine document.
