This is an application for condonation of delay of 3125 days in filing application for bringing legal heirs of deceased Rajkar Atmaram Borade on record.

This Court finds no malafides attributable to the applicants in not bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent in time. Learned counsel for legal heirs of deceased respondent has no objection for allowing the application. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and 'B'. Amendment be carried out within one week.
