The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had filed an application seeking verification of the caste claim, however, the said application is not accepted. 5.

We have heard learned A.G.P.

Even if an individual files an application for validation of his caste claim, the Committee has to accept the application and decide it on its own merits. The petitioner has to file application in

proper format.

In view of that, we pass the following order : a) In case the petitioner files an application for validation of her caste claim in a proper format, the Committee shall accept the same for verification.

b) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
