This petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate validation proposal in respect of the petitioner pending with the Committee since 2011, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today and it is accordingly directed. Writ Petition stands disposed of.

In the meanwhile, the respondent No.3 College shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner on account of his failure to tender validation certificate, and petitioner shall be permitted to prosecute studies subject to decision of the Committee in respect of the tribe certificate validation proposal.
