In Civil Application No. 2207 of 2018, learned counsel for the applicants submits that within the stipulated time, the Application has been filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased applicant on record. Learned counsel for the respondents has not disputed the same and submits that the respondents have no objection if the Application is allowed.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of accordingly. 3.

So far as Civil Application No. 4339 of 2012 seeking early hearing is concerned, the Second Appeal is of the year 1992. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of accordingly.
