DATE : 1 FEBRUARY 2023 P.C.:- The petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents on 27th May 2022, inter-alia, seeking action in respect of various provisions of the Maharashtra Vatan Abolition Act and the Land Revenue Code, alleging that the lands have been transferred illegally in the name of persons, at whose instance, even the land acquisition proceeding has been quashed and set aside by this Court in W.P. No. 417 of 1999.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to take suitable decision on the petitioner's application, as expeditiously as possible.
