Leave is granted to compound the offence. Accordingly it stands compounded. The Revision is allowed. The impugned order passed by the Trial Court convicting the revision applicant and the one dismissing his appeal passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge are quashed and set aside and the matters are disposed of.
