Learned counsel for the applicant-acquiring body submits that, in the connected appeals, this Court has condoned the delay. Learned counsel submits that, due to some administrative difficulties, the appeals could not be preferred within the period of limitation. Delay is not intentional one.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-original claimant/s has strongly resisted the applications on the ground that delay has not been explained satisfactorily. 4.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the applicant-acquiring body and for the reasons stated in the application and since in the connected appeals delay has been condoned by this Court, delay caused in filing the appeals is hereby condoned. Civil applications for condonation of delay are allowed and accordingly disposed of.

In appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Learned counsel waives notice for respective respondents. 6.
