The petitioner is Operator of Stone Crusher. A notice was issued to the petitioner on 30.06.2018 by Tahasildar, Kallam. The petitioner by way of representation /application to respondent No.5 expressed his willingness to spot verification. Respondent No.4 Tahasildar again on 07.09.2018 passed an order directing the petitioner to pay an amount of royalty alongwith penalty to the tune of Rs.4,08,29,360/-. The petitioner immediately filed review petition before the Tahasildar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that review petition filed on 05.10.2018 and this review

( 2 ) wp1242.19 petition/application is pending before the Tahasildar for decision consideration till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner apprehends an action in furtherance to the order dated 07.09.2018 as such the petitioner has approached this Court with direction to the Tahasildar, Kallam i.e. respondent No.4 to decide the review petition expeditiously.

This being the limited grievance of the petitioner, the petition can be disposed of with direction to respondent No.4-Tahasildar, Kallam to decide the review application as early as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of order of this Court.

With this direction, the petition is disposed of.
